Juiced Up on Waco

Coca-Cola is putting its money where its pulp is. The beverage giant plans a $29 million expansion at its Minute Maid plant in Waco.
The expansion includes a hot-fill production line that allows bottling of liquids at high temperatures, typically for food safety. The line should be operational by March or April 2009 and give the plant added capacity to produce PowerAde, Vitamin Water and Minute Maid Juice-To-Go products.
